It is an Apple Powerbook G3 (the Pismo model) 400MHz PowerPC G3 320 MB SDRAM; 10 GB HD; DVD-ROM drive; 2 USB, 2 Firewire ports and a rather new wireless card. It also comes with an external CD-RW drive, the Yamaha CRW2200IX.

It works quite well. I just today reformatted the HD and reinstalled OS X.3.5 and some other software. The battery is in rough shape and could stand to be replaced (about 40-50 dollars). I'm looking for 550.00.

Thats a high price, I could get an iBook G3 500MHz if not 600MHz for that price. Actually, here's one that is almost the same config as yours: PowerBook G3 400Mhz ("Pismo") (320/6GB/DVD/eth/56k/usb/Firewire/14") . . . $505 Price Drop
NOTE THE 6GB DRIVE INSTEAD OF 10 This is from http://www.baucomcomputers.com

I'd be all over it, if not for the fact that I'm assembling a Franken-Pismo instead.

is the wireless card internal or a pcmcia card?

saying where you live is a good idea as well

Thanks for the advice folks. As you can see I've never really done this. It's in NYC and the wireless card is PCMIA. Price is negotiable of course.
