Motorola V600 bluetooth

i just got a V600 and it is supposed to support mp3 ringtones and i used bluetooth to transfer a mp3 onto it and it says that it is corrupt. I don't know what is wrong can any one help me!! I am using a powerbook with built-in bluetooth. Rogers AT@T

Just got the v600 and unable to sync. Powerbook recognizes phone but no transfer occures. Are you using adapter and if so which one?

i am just using bluetooth...i can get it to transfer by selecting the browse device and then drag and drop files onto it? but i still can not get an mp3 ringtone to work!!!!
