Right now (you may be caught off-center with this one):

Eminem - The Way I Am (custom censor)

Now I am sure someone is gonna say "Eminem sucks" but that's for the band debating threads away from Macrumors. :)

I got hooked on Eminem when my parents presented me with a belated birthday present. Now I am sure someone is gonna say "Eminem sucks" but that's for the band debating threads away from Macrumors. :p

[You know, I have over 200 songs on my iBook. If I played each one I would have 2200 posts in no time. :p]

The present: The Eminem Show

"Reconfigurine" by Figurine.

Before that, "Zoetrope" by Lustmord.

Sorta Mac-ish link - Lustmord's doing the soundtrack for Master of Orion III, which should be out in the fall.

Eminem sucks

hehe :D - actually rap in general sucks.... Dr. Dre is OK, but other then that I dont listen to any rap. I dont like eminem because to sing/rap about killing parents/ex-wives you have to look kinda scary. Example : Mudvayne would look good singing a song about killing an ex-wife, but when eminem does it it is just.... bad. :) I have never liked eminem and i would bet $10 that i never will (yes - a whole $10).

I am now listening to track #5 on the same CD as b4.
'Whole' by Flaw

I think the song "Without Me" sounds cool, but I personally think eminem is an idiot, but that's just what I think  He's one of those haters, who wants to be a celebrity without the bad stuff that comes with being a celebrity... He really needs to get a life :p I like how he says he has to make his obscene music to support his daughter  Of course, I don't want to turn this into an I hate/like eminem thread... As for the rest of the rap out there, most of it sucks, but some of it's ok...

I thought I would never find a Kornut on the forums. The new album certainly has a real techno feel and a kind of modern feel to metal. I like Bottled Up Inside from that album. I have that album and Follow The Leader, and with that album I like the very first few seconds of It's On! It's rather unique for a start. I also like All in The Family.

The song W/O Me by Eminem happened to be the all time hit for a long while. Some even considered Eminem to be the new Elvis. My father has heard the two latest albums, and he says that it takes a real talent to rhyme like that. Now I have that telent, and I could describe my intelligence, but, speaking from equalities in poetic talent, Eminem has to be a rather intelligent person.

But The Way I Am is basically the only song I listen to from the "killer" album. :p

Right now, The Rocky Road to Dublin, covered by the Chieftains with the Rolling Stones. Fun.

I will admit that Eminem has talent, but come on, anyone who sings about raping his mother has some rather large issues. Anyone ever notice how rappers claim that they are different from what they claim to be in their music, but their actions tend to prove otherwise? I don't care much for rap, but even if I did, I would have no reason for Eminem to spout that pathetic drivel that he does.

I am playing "Material World" by the Police. It is purely by chance, as I am playing my "Never played before" playlist from iTunes, and have over 4200 songs for it to chose from.

General comments from above

cool, someone else listens to Massive Attack

Nothing against Eminem, but I like Moby, and they are like oil and water

And what is with the guy playing CD's with windows media player on a Mac? that is sick :D just kidding.

Also, I see nothing wrong with rap. Check out Buckshot LeFonque sometime. It is Branford Marsalis with a bunch of cool people backing him up, including some well respected rap artists. The Beastie Boys rock.

Well, now I am listening to "Deep Ocean, Vast Sea" by Peter Murphy.

It's not an oversight. Just a product of what we have time to do. We're still not "officially" public yet, though we have it up there in the hopes that people will give us some constructive feedback (like you have! :) )

The software we use to display images only displays file size, which is really useless when you think about it. It's not gonna give you nary a clue about res, you know? heh. So, we're gonna put some sort of button somewhere, since all of the files are at least 10mb files.

Yea. hopefully we'll be up by 8.30. :)

If you see anything else odd, let me know. and if you wanna be grossed out, search for "shizzle" or "dead"

Wel, I wouldnt call myself a Korn nut, but korn is a good band. Its on is one of my favorite korn songs. I only have 2 Korn CDs (Follow the leader, and untouchables) - I havnt gotten a chance to listen to untouchables a lot. Right now I am in that phase where you know the chorus to the 1st 6 songs, but you only know the tune to the rest. :D If I am a nut for any band it would probably be disturbed, or Unloco, but right now I am listening to:

'Life is a Bullet' by Papa Roach off the Love Hate Tragedy album.

:D I felt like using all 3 text formats.

Well, I'm bored at work so I'm posting again. The iPod just finished Metallica's Call of Ktulu and went on to Eric Clapton's Badge. A match made in heaven. As for RCHP...very hit and miss in my opinion. They rock hard or suckly horribly, song to song.
