I can make interfaces and link them up with my code, now I need to get more technical things down like properties, kvc, and the whole model view controller thing. I know what each part does; the model is all my data, the view is my interface, and the controller is the middleman that passes info back and forth between the other two. But I don't know how to actually go about doing it, and using my list of resources/google isn't helping. Can anyone point me to tutorials/help me?
Thanks, Nate

(a) iTunes Univ lectures from Stanford and Univ of Utah

(b) pay to watch , quicktime screen casts: ($5 ea)

I am very impressed with quality of the screen casts and have purchased several from each of the three applicable series. (xcode/ obj-c/ 1st iPhone app) Well worth the $5 each to me.

I bought their e-book on the SDK from pragmatic because I was so impressed with the videos. The book is a BETA and will be finally released when SDK 3.0 NDA allows. This got me reading now from folks that seem to be doing a good job of communicating/organizing and then allows me to get SDK 3.0 info in few weeks without buying another book. (eBook was $24 and comes in all of several formats for PC / iPhone etc) They have a forum tied to the eBook and it gives access to other readers and the author(s).

(c) Found a series on vimo that were somewhat helpful but fell short of the detail, professionalism and clarity in the Pragmatic Programming authors.
