Sounds interesting, but its going to be a long time before we see anything in the real world. The thought of really small (atomic sized) transistors is great. But they don't really mention how they read or transfer the information....

what about the quantum superposition states of the electrons? how in the world can they make a binary computer out of a quantum particle without taking into account superposition? tsk, that article is not very informative.
