i was wondering how are they catching people from downloading music? alot of people i kno are doing it and i realy don't think its right... :mad: oh well i was just wondering how they catch people for downloading mucic form p2p.

any info is grately apriciated

I think that they log into the service and find people who have shared folders that are very large. They get those IP addresses and go nuts.

I'm thinking that too, but I also thought that they have some "boobie-trapped" songs by some of the most popular artists, and catch them from there, some p2p apps now days are starting to have "block RIAA ips blah blah blah" in settings but meh..
