iPod Anyway to take notes? iPod Nano 4G

I have a iPod Nano 4G, is their any way to take notes on it? Not read notes, I know how to do that.

Even an onscreen keyboard would be good enough.

Anyone? 🙂
 
You could record them using the microphone in some of the other earbuds out there (like the Apple in-ears or the regular ones with the remote on them).
