iPod Will this really delete my songs?

I deleted all my songs on iTunes and it said "these songs will also be removed from any iPod or iPhone that synchronizes with your iTunes library", but I already checked the box that says "manually manage music" a while ago, and I disabled automatic syncing. so if I connected my iPod, would all the songs be deleted from it?

lol idk but it's with me all the time sooo.😀

and in case anyone's wandering, I had to delete all my songs to replace them (which didn't work out so good), because a lot of the original files were broken or deleted.
