iOS how to generate a simple tone or sound

Hi everybody,
i'm trying to generate a simple sinus-ton to play it in a very simple program.
Actually, i want to write a prog that only play this sin-ton or any other simple ton! I know hoe to play a ton from a file but not generate one and play it!!
i wish somebody can help!donno how to process!!
