iPhone - Won't automatically download e-mail

I just upgraded to a 3G iPhone and for some reason I can not get my e-mail to download automatically from accounts other than my .mac account. For all accounts other than .mac, I have to open the mail app before it will download e-mail. Any suggestions?

Settings, Fetch New Data, then have Push on. Click on advanced, and set how you want your accounts to push, or fetch, or be manual. Fetch New Data menu you can schedule the rate of fetch.
