I assume you mean iPhone OS 3.0? Xcode 3.0 has been available for over a year and you can download it at the Apple Developer site (you need to sign up for a free account). iPhone OS is supposed to be available sometime this summer, but no one knows when exactly. Could be a few weeks (unlikely) or could be months away.

ya thats what i meant sorry i was just posting that as an example for my friend. But ya I need IPhone os 3 so bad.
