People with good ideas or want something to be tested, have a read :D
Hey guys, I'm doing a project for science for school, well everyone in year 9 and 10 in Australia I think are doing it. So yeah.
Let me explain it to you simply. All the project is, well not really project, more like an experiment at home, is; I have to test things at home, like scientific things with independent and dependent variables (independent variable being the one I change, for example, the length of a string of a pendulum and the weight of the weight on the end of the pendulum. Dependent being how long it takes for it to do a whole swing.)
So basically it's split into 2 parts
Part A; Planning and research - You will plan a scientific investigation to find the answer to a problem/question to your own choice. You are required to design an experiment to test your hypothesis.
Part B; Scientific Report - A record of your investigation, This includes Title, Hypothesis, Equiptment list, Method, Results, Discussion and a Conclusion. May include a written report, a model, a video/powerpoint presentation, multimedia or photographic essay
Now it can be any idea I can do at home, but my science teacher advised everyone to do something that interests them. I'm interested in guitar, music, sport, girls and well, anything your average teenager would be interested in.
You will plan a scientific investigation to find the answer to a problem/question to your own choice. You are required to design an experiment to test your hypothesis.
This is where I'm stuck. I have no idea what to do. All help will be greatly appreciated :)
