It seem upcoming GTX285 has only DVI output ?
but if i want to use 24"LED ACD can i install all 2 card (GT120 , GTX285)
on my Mac Pro plug 24"LED ACD with GT120 and using processing power from GTX285?

No. If you want the GTX 285 to run your monitor, it has to be plugged into the 285.

You won't gain any 3D benefits from it. However, I believe OpenCL or Cuda would still be able to leverage the power of the GTX285.
