h2 text mysteriously pushed down

I'm not seeing why the "Programs & Ministries" header is being pushed down on IE, anyone have any ideas?

I've not investigated very thoroughly, but it I'd guess it might have something to do with the float:left; on the book cover image and the clear:both; on the h2.
