I NEED HELP. I saw my friends Mac and she has a colorful dock, different icons and she said it's the theme she used. Where do I get themes for Mac Os X and how do I use them? I installed ShapeShifter but I can't open it? How?

If you want a colorful dock, you want to use CandyBar. To get the colors, you either have to make your own 900*128 image with the color of your choice or you can set the dock as any picture.
Shapeshifter is a different type of theme installer that you can use to change the overall OS X appearance. But shapeshifter is not for Leopard, so you will have to use an app called Magnifique.

When you open up Magnifique, there will be themes listed and all you have to do is click "Download Now".... and then click "Apply" to install them.
