Hello
I bought a macbook 2.0 .
I really think the colors are beautiful and clear. The picture is amazing when playing a video clip , the colors are rich and they are simply candy to the eyes.

I got a 22 samsung 2220wm , which I am not sure if it sucks or it sucks next to my macbook display. Other people on the internet seems happy with it from their reviews.

Why is my macbook screen is so good? Is it because it is top quality? I doubt it I heard other laptops and screens are better(like on mbp). Is it because it has the etra glossy screen? Or is it because it is LED and beats the crap out of every LCD out there?

Does the current Apple Displays give such a good quality?

Have you got a new unibody? If so apple are using newer screens compared to the earlier macbooks. This could explain why your screen is better, also until you compare the screen with that of an air or macbook pro. You will not actually see how clear the difference is.

not to hijack but i can't find this anywhere. What's the biggest screen my early 08 white MB can support? Well, I had mine playing HD movies through my 1080p 37" TV and it was fine most of the time.

I've used mine on a 42" TV. I'm not sure if the physical size matters or if the number of pixels is more important.

It has a mini-DVI, which is a single-link DVI, which means 1900x1200 is the maximum resolution it can output.
