10.5.7 - Safe For Jailbroken iPhones?

Has anyone plugged in their jailbroken iPhone after installing 10.5.7? Does it recognize DFU mode without needing the IOUSBFamily thing? I don't want to install it to find out that it blocks jailbroken iPhones or something.
 
I doubt it blocks already jailbroken phones, but if you're asking if it'll block the jailbreaking process I'm curious as well.
