APP from a foreign iTune store

Hi, I've created a different email account for Taiwan's iTune store (it does not let me use the US email account) and downloaded some free APP on Taiwan's iTune. How can I put the APP into my iPhone? Is it okay to leave my Taiwan Email account to import the APPs to my iPhone?

I also encountered the same problem. When I moved countries, it does not allow me to switch countries to download the different apps offered by the other countries. Quite frustrating.

I read somewhere that u have to create a new account to login into a foreign store to download. But I am not sure if u can import the app to ur phone from itune if u sync ur phone with different email.

I did try to search for foreign app on my iPhone app and I was able to download them.
