How to add songs to the iPhone on the road

I'm on the road now and there's some media (music and video) that I'd like to add to my iPhone. Except the computer I would do this on isn't my main computer so iTunes keeps telling me to wipe my iPhone first which I'm obviously not going to do.

So is there a way to add stuff to my iPhone?

BTW: My iPhone is not in Manually Manage mode.
