Before 10.5.7 i could not share the 3G connection with my MBP via bluetooth, it gave me some error saying that there were too many connections.

After updating to 10.5.7 and beta 5 it works flawlessly.

I do not know if this has been discussed. i mroogled and found nothing.
 
8.2 iTunes

How can I add the IPCC file with the new version of iTunes? Can I use a computer with an iTunes 8.1 to install the ipcc file?

You should be able to. I just updated mine using the beta of itunes that came with iphone beta4
