Hi,

in threads about buying RAM for PowerBook most commonly the reseller Crucial is stated.. I would prefer some european store though, as this would make me feel more comfortable in sense of shipment and guarantee. (Perfect would be a store in Germany or especially Austria)

I plan to buy a 1GB Module for a 12" 1.33ghz Powerbook. I wasn't able find anything above 512MB in local stores.
Any recommendations?

http://www.crucial.com/eu/ ;) It really is the best bet IMO.
