I just got a new I Touch and currently looking for a way to transfer my enormous address book (paper/3 ring binder) into it. Is there a way to manually type in info on my computer, then sync it to my I Touch. I am afraid trying to type all my contacts in on the Touch will make me go blind.

If you have a Mac you can sync your contacts that you enter into your address book. :)

This (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1419) article indicates that you can sync contact information created in Windows Address Book, part of Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook itself.
