I had read alot about podcast apps being rejected by Apple because they duplicate iTunes functionality at some level, even if the app didnt really imitates it exactly.

So the question is the following, is accessing the iTunes Library and make a audio player going to be banned by them? Knowing that it could have more extras features than in the current iTunes app we can find out on our iPhone or iPod Touch?

The funny thing is that in the terms and conditions I couldnt find anything about the subject, so are we allow or not to make a clone of iTunes, Safari?
