When I turn my MacBook Pro on It Automatically Goes Into Windows

How do I change this so it boots into OSX automatically without having to go through holding the option button and everything??

System Preferences > Startup Disk > Mac OS X

Restart.

or hold the "alt" key at startup if you don't want to keep switching the start up disk.

boot to osx the go to system preferances select startup disk, select the one you want to use most often. then click the lock. Doing this it will always boot to the os you select unless to hold the option key down.
