Currently I have an iPhone 2G 2.2.1 unlocked and jailbroken. What is the best way to relock the iphone? If it's jailbroken I would have just restored it through itunes, but it's also unlocked. Please help

when you restore through itune your phone will relock and will be jailed again :D (back as you bought it)

Are you sure? I thought that if you have unlocked iPhone and restore through iTunes it gets bricked?

lolol...Don't worry i have unlocked myself 3-4 iphones and locked them back, all through itune. So if anything happen to you, you should be happy because you will be famous (first case in the World) :D

For the most thorough restore, do a DFU Mode (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034) + Restore in iTunes.

It is highly unlikely your phone is actually "bricked" you should force it into dfu mode and then do a restore in iTunes.
