i am looking to get some but unsure on which is the best on out there, any suggestions?

REally depends on what you are trying to get at!!

There are some that will clear your caches etc...

Some that will free some memory...

Some that will free some diskspace...

autotune software as in voice modulating type software, t-pain and others use it

the industry standard is Antares Autotune

also logic comes with one but its not as versatile

Garageband has a really, really basic implementation of it.
