How do I make a homepage like: http://jeeppatriot.com/

From what I see they are running Vbulletinfor their forum, and vBadvanced CMPS (For the front page)

What I'm running is SMF.

As its running vbadvanced
(http://www.vbadvanced.com/) it means theres an option for stuff like this (http://www.vbadvanced.com/products.php?do=productinfo&productid=4)
