Hi
A friend of mine has a iPod Touch G1. The problem is that on iTunes the songs and albums have cover art but some on the Touch have missing cover art. My friend has done the usual Get Album Art. But on the touch it does not show even though it's showing on iTunes. It has been updated to the latest firmware also the latest iTunes also.
Any ideas what the problem is and any fix to this.
Thanks

If Album Artist or Song Name fields are off even one character that song may not have artwork. Play each song in iTunes having problems and see if artwork displays.

Would you please search?
I made a thread exactly like this a year ago at http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=504735, and the problem was solved for most people at http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=566869
In short, go into your iTunes folder, delete the Album Artwork folder, and then replace all your artwork that is missing in iTunes. Then restore your iPod with no backup and set it up again.

Try using Cover Scout. If the artwork isn't saved individually to each song, then it will only show for the first song on the iPod. Cover Scout fixes this problem.
