There used to be a model with a 2.53. It was upgraded a bit ago. Nothing wrong w/it. They just bumped up the clock speed b/c they could.

angemon89 macrumors 68000 May 17, 2009 #6 Late 08: 2.4, 2.53, 2.8 Early 09: 2.4, 2.66, 2.93 The 2.66 and 2.93 are the only ones that can support 8GB memory, although not officially in the 15", but it still works.
