ichat and aim

hello anyone,

hope any of you could assist me with the mac mini issue on the ichat and aim...

when i opened the aim window, i clicked the video icon to be opened... it said that the camera is in other program. cannot be opened... i have made sure that any video program should be closed when using one video program for the camera availability.

so i clicked the ichat program that wont open... tried to figure out what s wrong with the ichat program..

should i uninstall the ichat program and reinstall it ?
