speakers on G4

Is there a way to increase the speaker output, I can barely hear a dvd when i put it on, is the only way to put on headphones, or external speakers?

Aside from maxing out the system volumn and DVD player volumn? No. You'll have to buy some external speakers.

Unfortunately, the internal speakers on the G4 towers are downright pathetic. Why Apple didn't ship a pair of their pro speakers with them is anyone's guess.
