Picture Safe has snoop stopper, but it's just a four digit code... the folders and the ability to organize folders and picture order are great.
MyVideos has a better password system (anything you want it to be), and it uploads YouTube, and I believe all the other formats that iPhone supports.
These apps work for me. I don't know if there's a higher security app out there though.
