Which version do you think will run the best?

Sims 3 on native os x or a windows version on windows 7? Exactly the same hardware (via bootcamp)

I'm sorry to say that i think the w7 one will probably be quicker

I'd say native OS X.

However, the game includes both the Mac and Windows version on the hybrid disc. You can try both and see for yourself.

I think it'd be better on Windows because the drivers on Mac are abysmal in comparison; it is highly probable the Mac version is just a cider port.

All their time optimizing performance has gone into the Windows version. I doubt whether they even tested the Mac version before shipping it out.

But really, you'll get the best performance out of the Windows version. Why? Because it's a Windows game. Ported to the Mac. Of course the original is going to work better.
