monitor for new mac mini

I am replacing my current Imac with a new mac mini for portability between two locations and will buy a monitor for each location.

I am considering the HP w2338h monitor (23inch HD). It has a VGA and HDMI ports but doesn't have a DVI, Mini-DVI or Mini DisplayPort.

Will this monitor work well with the Mac Mini or should I only get a monitor with DVI or Mini-DVI.

VGA is horrible on 1080P resolution, trust me. I would get something with DVI in addition to VGA and HDMI. It should work fine, but you're not going to get the quality you want through VGA.
