Is an adaptor enuf for europe? or do i need a converter?

i am leaving tomorrow and have a converter for europe for my itouch> do i need an adaptor?
i got my itouch one year ago.

The plug adapter is fine. All Apple PSUs are self-switching.

Do you have the little cubic wall plug, or just the cable?
