Headphone jack problems

my headphone jack on my ipodtouch 8gb won't work unless the headphones are pushed in hard, to the sides, or the tip is twisted in a weird position. It coudnt be the headphones because its the same problem with every one.Can it be fixed? I am still under warranty.

You should go here (www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar) and schedule and appointment at the genius bar to get the device checked out.

In my last post I told the problems with my itouch and when I took it to the store i brought it in. I told them it was the headphone jack they checked it and just gave me new headphones. When I listened to it, it still had the same problems!! Have I been ripped off? If so, now what.
