I had a chance to get a first peak at the closed beta for the up and coming America's Army 3. I personally loved it. I played back when it was out for OSX, but stopped because I did not care much for the gameplay in AA 2. AA3 is a great improvement from the previous version. The graphics are excellent, gameplay is good - some new tricks like diving or sliding behind things to get out of line of fire. The game almost forces teamwork and tactical play. There are still many bugs that need to be fixed, but the game looks very good. If you have a chance to check it out you definitely should.
