No wi-fi or bluetooth - all greyed out

Hello. Im having this issue with "no wi-fi" showing on the settings screen and wifi mac adress showing "N/A" bluetooth does not work and the battery drains in less than 10 hours.

All this happened after upgrading to OS 3.0 beta 5. I did a restore, not a upgrade. I had 2.2.1 before.

My own thoughts are that the baseband is corrupt.
Any suggestions? will this be fixed with beta 6 for me?
