View Full Version : Should my new macbook have iLife 09 on it?

I purchased my macbook from Best Buy a few days ago (returning it because of dead pixel) and noticed that it didnt have ilife 09 on it. Is this because i got it from Best Buy or is it not included?

From what I've read on these forums, it seems that the new MBs have been coming with an iLife '09 upgrade disc in the box. iLife '08 is preinstalled but needs to be updated to '09. Did your computer come with the iLife '09 disc at all?

It should have had it, but its very possible that it was just one that they received a while ago and was just sold now.

Just got mine 3 weeks ago from Best Buy and the open box one, I didn't take had it in the box, the new one I got had it pre-installed.
