hey guys how do i go about deleting 'customize' off of my phone. when i hold it down and they 'wiggle' there is no x button and everytime i open the app it just freezes my phone, so i just want to get rid of it.

You have to uninstall it through Cydia/Installer, whichever you downloaded it with. You can only delete official App Store apps with the "X" button.

*customize doesn't work in OS 2.0+, you need to download and use winterboard instead*

No problem. Once you have winterboard installed all you have to do is click to check the themes/items you want to apply.
