Problem with resolution in VirtualBox

Hello. I hava MacBook Leopard. And I've installed Windows XP on VirtualBox. But I hava problems with Screen Resolution. In Windows there isn't 1280*800 resolution. There is 1024*768, but it isn't full screen!!! What can I do?

Simply click the devices tab in the Virtual Machine Window (not Virtual Box's) and choose install guest additions, after that go into WinXP and choose the CD in Windows Explorer by doing so should open up an installer and go through it. If it doesn't work at first try messing around with it and make sure auto resize and some other things are enabled.
