Just something I created. I thought the community might want to see it.

1) Apple tends to use 9.42 as the time in all their iPhone/iPod touch commercials.
2) The battery meter is typically totally full.
3) Apple certainly doesn't show jailbroken iPods/iPhones in their ads.

I'm just messing around, it's a nice effort, ties in with the whole 'app' feel that Apple is trying to convey :)

Haha true. I just didn't want to restore my iPod just to make an ad

The same thing with my battery- just was dying when I took the screenshots

And why to they use a certain time?

The main theory is that it was the time that Jobs unveiled the original iPhone. I'm not sure though, personally.
