Personalized mouse pointers?

Umm, so this is probably a really stupid question, but. . .

Can I set up personalized mouse pointers in OSX? Where can I find some?

Basically, I'm just bored with the standard ones, but also I find that they don't contrast enough with backgrounds which makes the pointer hard to find at times. (I have 2 screens) Any help?

Unsanity.com makes a haxie called Mighty Mouse which lets you change the cursor. I tried it once and it seemed to work well!
