I noticed today that the White MB now says ships in 2 days in UK, and I checked and it is much the same across much of Europe. US, Australia etc still say 24 hours.

I'm looking to purchase my first Mac, a White MacBook, in the UK in early July (when I have earned the money after my uni exams) and all I will really be able to afford is the basic one.

Could this have anything to do with the rumour of the laptop line being altered, or is it normal for shipping dates to fluctuate?

I'm probably being paranoid, but I would be gutted if they took away the only Mac I could afford a few weeks before I wanted to get one!

Thanks!

Thanks! Just spotted that.

Its only in US at the moment, UK still showing 'old' 2.0 GHz, so hopefully store will be updated today/overnight.

Thats made me very happy, now I won't feel cheap about buying the white over the unibody.

Plus very little chance of them stopping the white macbook at WWDC now... :D
