New Nikon D40 kit for $409 CAD

Found this at an electronics shop. They have 4 of them. Authorised dealer. People are selling the kit used for this much, and sometimes higher, on craigslist. This'll be my second D40. First time around it was on sale so I got it for $399. It retails for $499 at big-box stores.

Any better deals around? I haven't seen any!
