How to load 3.0 on Hardware

I just got into the Developer Program, is there a way to have the beta on my actual iPhone ? Can I access all the apps on the emulator i.e notes Phone Mail etc.

To install it, download the OS, then alt-click the update button in iTunes then select the downloaded file. It should keep all your apps/settings/data etc.

Be warned though, on the iPhone once 3.0 is installed you cannot go back to 2. I believe you can on the iTouch though (can anyone confirm/correct me please?)
