How we create multiple instants of a Window

How we create multiple instance of window
Like when we click on new message in the mac mail, then it open same number of window for new message
and each window work separately.

Easiest way is to put your window in a separate nib, setup an NSWindowController for it and alloc/init your window controller for each window, which will create the window for you from the nib.
