computer wiped, how to sync?

Well my sony has been wiped completely, and i just reinstalled itunes on it. I still have all of the music, contacts, and pics on my iphone, but how do i put them on my computer without the computer wiping off all of my data on the phone already?

I've seen similar stuff, but i would apreciate clear cut instructions.
