Video's onto iphone

I have a mac mini and have a lot of full length movies on it and I want to put them onto my iphone. Does anyone know the best way to go about that? On my blackberry I was able to just throw the file onto the mem. card. But I havent found it to be that simple with the iphone. Some isight would be appreciated! Thanx. :)

MPEG Streamclip or Handbrake will convert video files into a suitable format for you (choose iPhone as destination file type.) Then drag the converted file into iTunes.

Also try using VisualHub (iSquint), it works great for me.
