my computer died and i have resorted to using my sisters laptop can i transfer my music purchases to her laptop? cause i want to upgrade to 2.2.1 or will i have to download them again?

also is there a program that will let you transfer purchased music to your pc (windows vista)

Right-click on the iPhone and click "transfer purchases". Or try something like iPodCopy or iPodRip.

the laptop doesnt even recognise that i have songs purchased and i tried various programs like diskaid and i-funbox.


what works is using SSH to go in and manualy find the purchased songhs which i did but when its imported to itunes its listed as numbers for example

6785464-23457896563 or what ever

What happens when you try to use those programs? Also have you tried either of the programs I mentioned? They might work.
